Gryffyn Graffyx has developed an inventory display and maintenance web application and provides customization and installation services to make it easy have your sales inventory displayed on your web site. This application shows the complete inventory of your available products on one page using smaller thumbnail images. If a customer clicks on the thumbnail, they will see a larger, more detailed picture. If the customer is using Internet Explorer as their browser (which most do), then they can also sort the list of items by any column to help them find the item they are searching for (eg. a specific model year, price range, etc.) See live Demos above....

It is not always convenient for potential customers, who are looking for an item, to drop by the store or phone in to check on what is currently available. Posting such information on your web site allows such customers to easily check if you have the item they are interested in purchasing.

The application comes with a secured (userid/password required) maintenance facility that allows any authorized company personnel to add, update and delete product listings using a very simple and easy to use maintenance web page. This maintenance facility allows a user to upload a picture of a product (most likely taken with a digital camera) using just this simple web page. The software will then automatically create two appropriately sized images (one thumbnail and another larger view suitable for web page display, since digital camera images are typically too big for web display), and allow you to also rotate or flip the picture (if needed).

The application also provides an automated RSS/XML which notifies RSS-capable users automatically when the inventory changes, thus making it easier and more likely that a potential buyer will find out about an item that might interest them in a timely manner. RSS Feeds are becoming very popular on the net, with many free RSS readers and RSS-Enabled browsers available and in use.

Your staff do not need to know anything about web page technologies ( HTML, Photoshop, FTP, etc.) to dyanamically maintain your product inventory in real time, thus making it easy for you to provide your customers with up to date product listings with an absolute minimum of effort.
